Hire Me for Code Review

Code review, also known as peer review, is proven to improve the quality of the software in early stage of the development, before it reaches the QA, and long before it reaches the customer. At this stage solving possible bugs is the cheapest. It can take several forms, depending on the organization: two developers working on one workstation, one developing the code, other continuously checking it. Other possible scenario includes check before commit code change or post commit peer review, both supported by revision control system.
One often missed and somewhat unexpected benefit of peer programing is raising an overall quality of the developers. Putting together a senior developer with the junior one, makes tremendous boost in knowledge of the later one. You can see it as the apprenticeship.
